Overall, Estrella Mountain Community College is great! Where it is located there is gas stations and tons to food to choose from. The class sizes are average typically 25 to 32 students depending on the class. I haven't had any bad experiences with any experiences there. The library is great with tons of computers and space to study. I highly recommend Estrella for a community college to anyone!

I like how nice and genuine everyone is at Estrella Mountain. During class one semester, I had a rough cold and someone I didn't even know, went to the campus store and bought me cough drops since they were worried. Another time, a classmate bought and gave me a chocolate frog because I've mentioned that I adore frogs! It made me spread more friendly gestures because lighting up people's faces is the best. Some teachers are great, and the clubs are always welcoming!
Talk about a great school! Estrella Mountain Community College in Avondale, Arizona is one of the most unique and diverse schools in the state. The student body is made up of a wide range of people, from elementary school-age children taking summer entertainment and education classes, to teenagers who have just graduated high school, to adult learners like myself who are finally finishing the degree they started so many years ago. There is also the Southwest Skill Center, located on the school's campus, which offers a wide variety of certification-based educational programs, primarily in the medical field. The best part of the school is the cost. Like the other community colleges in Arizona, the tuition per credit hour is $85, significantly lower than those found at most of the fourfour-year universities in the state. I love this school, and I plan on attending as many classes as I possibly can, for as long as I possibly can.
