I absolutely love my time at Estrella Mountain Community College! The vibrant and supportive community here has made my learning experience truly exceptional. The dedicated faculty and staff create an engaging and enriching environment, while the range of courses and resources available have helped me thrive in my academic pursuits. The campus itself is beautiful, fostering a sense of belonging and inspiration. Overall, my time at Estrella Mountain Community College has been incredibly enjoyable, and I'm grateful for the opportunities it has provided me to learn and grow.
Estrella Mountain Community College was an easy transition from high school! At first, I was fearful of the college experience adults speak of, but after just the first month at EMCC, I felt safe. While I've been a remote student for the past two years, teachers are readily available to guide me through any questions I may have. Canvas is the application EMCC uses to submit coursework which helps me organize my assignments and know what's next to complete. The few times I have visited campus, the staff members were friendly, efficient, and ready to help me. I would recommend Estrella Mountain Community College to all!
It's been great, but communicating with counselors is difficult. I have scheduled meetings weeks ahead of time, waited for my meeting, and then been canceled on at the last minute more than once. Besides that, I have liked all my teachers and had a good experience!
