My experience at Escoffier has been great so far. I am working towards an Associate's Degree in Culinary Arts that will take me only 15 months as opposed to two years to earn. This was perfect for me because I decided to switch careers and did not have previous experience in a professional kitchen. This program gave me a good jump start. I learned about world cuisines, pastry techniques, food sustainability, what it takes to run a business and more. It is a lot of hard work, but you get out of it what you put in. The chef instructors do their best to help each student succeed and are great resources for learning any culinary skill you can think of. I am very happy with my decision to attend Escoffier!

There’s not enough room to tell everything I love about Escoffier. If you want to learn from the best, this is the place. The staff from admissions to the Chefs are so wonderful. They really do want you to succeed. It’s not uncommon for me to be chatting with my instructor at 2am for help with my assignments. Best decision I could’ve ever made FOR ME. I’m learning SO MUCH! I’m gonna be as good or better than any chef on TV!

Being a student at the institute of Auguste Escoffier School of culinary arts has been wonderful thus far. our chefs are very helpful and very considerate of food restrictions whether it be religious or medical reasons. Being a student of the online program is great! It works with my work schedule and you have one on one time with your chef instructor all you have to do is schedule a live zoom session with them. If you don't have a computer they have the option of providing you with one for a monthly fee of $20.00 with no interest! The advisors and financial aid counselors are outstanding. they will make sure to break everything down for you until you fully and completely understand the documents that you are signing. They head-on address your concerns and listen to your ideas as to how you can make payments to your student loans and how to avoid going into debt. The overall view about this school is that they cater to your needs, time and schedule. This is best investment I've made.
