Since this is an online school a lot of the questions below are not applicalble. I will say that if you're pursuing a career in the aviation industry, Embry-Riddle is the place to go. It goes into a wide array of niche courses that other schools don't provide like aviation business, safety, accident ivestigation, etc. Also, if your in the military, they give you discounted tuition of $250/per credit hour. So the cost of a year of schooling, 36 credits, is $9,000, a really sweet deal. They have options like traditional online courses that can be taken at your own pace, EagleVision courses in which you attend an online lecture at a given time (usually in the evening for three hours once a week) or a classroom course at one of the many physical remote campuses. Embry-Riddle definetly leads all other schools in providing distance learning and will put you at an advantage in your future career.

Professors and advisers are extremely helpful, very specific and specialized degree fields! I was able to get a full time job in my field right after receiving my bachelors degree from the Daytona campus then almost immediately started on my Master's work. Its an expensive school, but the return on your investment will be well worth it.
The online education system provided by Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University - Worldwide is one that is quite enriching in most cases, but also somewhat hard to work with in others. Seeing that ERAU is very accommodating to people worldwide, you are likely to run into many diverse individuals from across the globe. This can lead to a very wide range of views on topics and a plethora of different experiences that were, more often than not, tied into the military lifestyle. It's a one of a kind experience, even if it can be hard to work effectively on group projects.
