Being a current Elmhurst student, I can say that I absolutely love this school. Everyone comes together and it feels like a true community. Through my experience, the professors have been super helpful and really want you to succeed- both in the classroom and out. I am on a sports team and could go on and on about my amazing experience with my teammates and the outstanding coach that coaches me there. Since it is a smaller college, you have a lot more opportunities to try things that you might have never seen yourself doing and can discover a love for something that take you on a new path. The college president is so involved and interacts daily with students, and makes you feel right at home each time. Elmhurst College has helped me grow as a person and I am so happy to have found a place that feels right!

Overall, the community is very welcoming and pleasant to be around. The professors are very attentive and are always willing to help if you need it. No matter where you go on campus you will see a familiar face and if you don't there is always someone around that is more than willing to get to know you. The town of Elmhurst is another part of the school that makes it well worth going to. The location is within walking distance to loads of amazing restaurants and shops. I myself am involved in both athletics and greek life. Both of these have allowed me to connect with even more people on campus. With that being said, I have yet to find one bad person on our campus. I truly do enjoy going to school at Elmhurst College and I would highly recommend it to any incoming freshman!
I absolutely love Elmhurst College. I cannot say enough good things about it and all the opportunities. Elmhurst has been there to support me the whole way. I feel very prepared to move on to graduate school, but will leave Elmhurst with fond memories and good feelings. This is a small campus, but it offers to much because of its close proximity to Chicago. If you like a small town feel, yet access to the big city, this is the college for you. I really can't say enough good things about this college and please come take a campus visit and see what it has to offer. With decent grades, you can receive excellent financial scholarships. I have received those, as well as scholarships for study abroad and scholarships for internships. Good luck and go Bluejays!
