Selfish, Money Hungry Owners – This school is horrible!!! The owners are money hungry and uncaring about their students or even their school. There are only one washer and one drier, they NEVER EVER have towels and the towels they have have huge holes in them. They never use the a/c, in the summer you are constantly sweating and even the customers complain about it, the winter is freezing!!! Financial aid on this school is a joke and they are under review for their fraudulent activity!!! Worst of all I had my social security cards and birth certificate stolen and they won't review their surveillance and multiple times the owners have rubbed in my face that it was my fault that my stuff got stolen, ok, I understand that but the stuff was stolen in their school, shouldn't they want to try as hard as they can to protect their students. In the schools contract it states "Theft is Not Tolerated" but there have been multiple thefts and the school does nothing to protect or help the victim, instead the criminal gets protected. People have had $500, tons of stuff from their kits and the school does NOTHING. Students and even CLIENTS have been caught stealing but you better believe those people are still coming to the school!!

School Looks Nice – This school has 6 weeks of "freshman" after that there is no continual education unless you beg and plead for it!! Most other schools have 2-4 hours of theory a day, this school only has 1!!! The students are fun and friendly, some of the staff is amazing but there are a couple "mentors" that hate themselves so they make your life a living hell while you're here too. I have even heard the employees here say they hate working for the owners but somewhat like their job. The school has no maintenance or cleaning crew, the bathrooms smell like a thousand vags and there is never toilet paper or paper towel for use, there is also hardly ever any product to use for your clients!! Seriously!! When the school has their "amazing" 2 hour theories it's 95% of the time a Joico or Goldwell class that you have sat through a million times before

N O T FLEXIBLE – You get repremanded for needing to switch your schedule and threatened to be charged a fee to change your schedule. Also if you get sick on a saturday you will be charged $100 for missing. If you miss more than 3 days for being sick you get written up and are charged $100 for that write up. The school has also "lost" people's hours, over 1500 hours worth for one girl
