It has been my first time at a College Campus, and although it isn't like the typical College life you see in the movies, it is nice. The school itself is under construction for new renovations. My Professor is sweet yet serious about you passing your class. My only complaint is that the parking lot could be more accessible. This community college has a warm feeling to it when you stroll around campus, it is not intimidating and makes you feel like you are going to succeed!
Review East Los Angeles College
The one thing they don't tell you about college is that no one is really there to help you. No one is going to force you to do anything and some of the teachers see their students as payment, but their are good teachers who are there to teach you and really want you to learn. If your not independent, you not college material. Get ready or be prepared to get left in the dust. Have a good support system, who will help you. Make sure you know exactly what classes to take, because that's how they catch you. they allow you to take what ever classes and you find yourself there longer than 2 years. STAY ON TRACK!
Great teacher's, classrooms, students, food, safety parking, academics and friendly employees! I love my college.
