East Los Angeles College Reviews
Review East Los Angeles College
I just graduate from East Los Angeles Community College and it was a great experience because it prepare me for the University. ELAC is a great community college to do your general education or earn an AA degree. It prepares students to transfer to a 4 year University. The professors in ELAC want to see their students successes and are willing to help student. The college has programs that help students financially or academically. For example, they offer free transportation from the main campus ELAC in Monterey Park to ELAC South Gate campus were they offer more classes.
I love ELAC! ELAC truly helped me decided what I wanted to major in ad figure out the path I wanted to take. I am also very proud to say that I am apart of the largest graduating class from ELAC. The professors are also very helpful and truthful about their courses and what to expect for that semester. I have leaned so much from all of my Psychology professors and are thankful for them.
It has been my first time at a College Campus, and although it isn't like the typical College life you see in the movies, it is nice. The school itself is under construction for new renovations. My Professor is sweet yet serious about you passing your class. My only complaint is that the parking lot could be more accessible. This community college has a warm feeling to it when you stroll around campus, it is not intimidating and makes you feel like you are going to succeed!
