East Carolina University Reviews
I am coming back to school at 28 years old. I do not necessarily get to socialize and party like most of the students around me; therefore, this review will focus on the classroom environment and administrative assistance. I have yet to have a class that I felt was ill structured. The curriculum for every classroom has been detailed to assist in the learning process, and I can say that I've gained a lot from every class so far. Staff has been very helpful in my transition out of my career and into the classroom for further advancement. Any questions that have arose so far have been met with genuine desire to help me through the situation. I am very pleased with my experience so far!
East Carolina is a great four-year North Carolina college that specializes in nursing, business, fine arts, and music programs. The Honors College is growing in size and popularity, and offers unique research and networking opportunities for members. ECU also is one of the more generous North Carolina schools considering financial aid and more relaxed entrance requirements, giving students a chance at pursuing a higher education. Despite ECU's avid party life and prevalent Greek culture, you can expect to make the best of your experience and get a quality education!
My experience at East Carolina University has been amazing. After my Freshman year attending a different University, I did not know where I wanted to go and if I would be making the right decision on transferring. Once I decided on East Carolina and begun my sophomore year, I definitely did not have a doubt in my mind that I finally chose the right school. I love my classes and professors as well as the opportunities for tutoring that ECU provides. Student life and activities always have something to be involved with whether that is sports, clubs, or on campus concerts. Looking back I ask myself why I didn't pick ECU in the first place! Definitely a home away from home.
