Drexel University Reviews
Review Drexel University
Drexel is where your dreams can come to life! Ambition cannot wait! Very fast-paced, important to stay on top of your work. And get help when needed, it is not hard to find a tutor or a friendly person willing to help you when you are struggling. The teachers care immensely about each and every student and are always available to help. The food is top-notch after having a new food provider being instated earlier in the year! Drexel is the college of your dreams if you favor fast-paced, hands-on, and job security.
Since Drexel isnt a very sport related school, the Greek community fills that void. As a member of the Greek community myself, i can say that all of the fraternities and sororities usually try to host events for nongreek students to raise money. My fraternity Theta Chi has held a few barbecues and brunches to raise money for The USO. Another fraternity on campus Alphs Epsilon Pi held a pie in the face contest to raise money for cancer research. As a member of Theta Chi we have the optiom to live in our fraternity house at a rate of 550 a month, which is very cheap in comparison to apartment buildings in the area. The greek community helped me in my time of need when i was struggling with roommate issues, and the brothers of Theta Chi helped me get through everything. Overall, joining Greek life was the best decision i have made so far!
Drexel University has a unique campus compared to other Universities and Colleges nearby. It is integrated into the city, and not separated off. Drexel provides a large about of resources designed specifically for the success of its students, including one-on-one tutors. Drexel also has many connections to the real world which ultimately lead to great co-op opportunities. Co-op allows students to work in businesses as interns or a full time job to get experience. This combined with Drexel's connections both in and out of the country open up endless possibilities.
