In my time at delta I only took one true online class which was psychology. Delta uses a website called E-learning as a central hub for all your classes (online or in-person) which is where my online class took place. By the time I took this class I was already very familiar with the website so navigating to do discussion boards or online assignments was very easy! Once COVID-19 hit all my classes went online and the college gave the professors freedom to use what ever video service they wanted to get the content out to us. I wish they would have all used they same thing to make the transition to online smoother but other than that it was great!

I loved my time at Delta. It is a wonderful school to earn some cheap college credits to transfer to another university. The staff is all very helpful and willing to assist you. If you are ever struggling, you can go the library for easy access to tutors. The teachers are all great and really know the subject matter. I went to this school for about 2 1/2 years, obtaining over 70+ credits, and during my time, I only had two professors that I didn't like. The classes are all fairly easy, and as long as you go to class and do the work, you should get at least a B. I have graduated from Delta (Associates in Science) and wish I could stay longer!
Delta College has amazing resources for its students, including faculty, computers, the counseling office, and the library and tutoring center. I have used the majority of these resources listed above and I have seen a drastic improvement in my grades and GPA, because I realized that there are people besides me who care if I succeed. Besides these, the coffee shop outside the library is a huge plus, as it gives a nice environment to study and work, as well as delicious coffee and other treats. It is not always necessary to attend a four year college, and Delta's low tuition costs are a huge dealbreaker. Low costs does not mean low quality in this case!
