Delgado Community College Reviews
Review Delgado Community College
My major is paramedic and all the classes I have chosen and have to take will help me further into my chosen career. Medical terminology has to have been the craziest class I had to have taken so far! When I entered I didn't realize how hard it would be and how hard I'd have to study to make good greats! But my teacher was the best and helped us learn how to study, that would be the best for each individual and it helped our grades improve dramatically!
I am currently enrolled in the Surg Tech program at Delgado. The actual program takes place at the historical Charity School of Nursing Building now named Delgado/Charity School of Nursing. I had several pre requisite classes at Delgado City Park campus and my teachers there were outstanding! The availability of the instructors to students proved to be invaluable in my earning all A's in my classes there. Plus the science lab and students there assisting with helpful tips and tutoring added to my amazing experience at this wonderful campus across the street from beautiful city park. I look forward to the next chapter of my schooling in a building that withstood several hurricanes including Katrina and completing my program with instructors that are already being more than helpful and encouraging.
I attended Delgado Community College for three and one-half years, and my overall experience was great! I would not have been able to get into a university without Delgado.
