Dakota College at Bottineau Reviews
The college is located in a very small town therefore there isn't much do to in the town. However, in the fall and late spring we can visit the lake that's about 15 miles out. The teachers at the school are extremely helpful with the bonus of wanting every single student to move on from the school and become successful in life. Going along with the support of the staff, the athletic coaches are also focused on building your talent and heart to move on to a 4 year school. Personally I play baseball for DCB and I'm proud to say that the coaching staff is not only able to build the players under them up but have the confidence within the players they have recruited. This school, although small, is a spot that gives students the opportunity to start small and go big.
I enjoy the smallness of the college and the staff at the school are very helpful and you really make great relationships with them and grow close to them. The community is also very involved with the school and with Bottineau being so small you get the chance to meet many people of the community. The only downfalls I see to the college are the fact that the school is very old and needs updating, the food isn't always the best, and the dorm visiting hours aren't the best. Dakota College is a place that I will never forget. I have made friendships that will last a lifetime and am receiving an education that will help push me towards where I want to be.
The experience at Dakota College at Bottineau was great. Everyone in the school is respectful and cares about your success in the future. The teachers help you out if you desperately need it and always take time out of their day to help you. Yes it's a small town the area but its an area what where you can feel safe and an area where the environmental is great to be around
