I loved everything about Guttman. When you first read and research it you expect a lot. But when you actually enter the school and become a student, your expectations are exceeded beyond belief. The area is great, the people are great and the programs are great. They motivate and give students chances to really get their degree in 2 years. They even provide unlimited monthly metrocards! Overall an amazing school.

Guttman is a small college located in the heart of NYC. The advantage is that you're surrounded by a lot of restaurants and entertainment. The college treats you like a member of the community. They actually care about your well-being. The college is also really diverse, you'll find people from different countries. The disadvantages are that there's not many sports here which makes sense because it's fairly new, the professors are hard (some can be a bit abrasive), the first year is almost pointless in my opinion, you don't really do anything focused on your major and some classes are unnecessary. Overall,I think this school is decent.
Hi my name is james aya ,18 years old and currently attending my first semester in Guttman Community College. Personally i believe that this college provides many opportunities and perks depite having a low or affordable tuition. The aspect i believe is most satisfying is the sorrounding environment, being in the center of new york ,it doesnt get better than that.
