A strong foundation in the liberal arts runs through our entire curriculum. Students complete two signature integrative learning experiences where the focus is on active learning that occurs outside of the classroom. Our three schools – the Sanford Heimarck School of Health Professions, the School of Arts and Sciences, and the Offutt School of Business – are designed to develop critical and creative thinking skills while giving a broad perspective on the world and its people. With 32,000 alumni across the nation and the globe, the Cobber community extends well beyond the borders of our campus. The Cobber network's benefits include access to mentors, leads on internships and careers, and expert advice. As a college of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America, Concordia is strongly rooted in the tradition of free inquiry and dialogue. We welcome students from a variety of faith and nonfaith backgrounds and we value diverse perspectives that everyone brings to our learning community.

Concordia College Reviews
Very friendly campus community, with big city amenities, and two large universities close by.
Having toured other small colleges, Concordia stood out to me due to it’s friendly, down-to-earth community, and emphasis on being globally aware, and engaged. I’d like to see more international students coming to campus. There is a definite emphasis on attracting, and retaining a diverse student body, but would love to see more cultures represented.
Concordia college has many excellent resources available- whether that be for furthering education, internship placement, research opportunities, or medical school preparation. The music program, and faculty are amazing!
Winters are brutal here, but that makes studying abroad all the more enticing!
The dining services are top notch, and the staff are extremely friendly, and accommodating. Concordia’s music program is exemplary, offering opportunities to participating in choir, band, and orchestra. The school offers a strong foundation in all areas of study, while encouraging values of critical thinking, and application to the community. Being a D3 school, sports are not all-encompassing at Concordia- athletes are students first- that being said, there are many opportunities to participate in sports, or attend games and cheer-on fellow students. There is a lot of school spirit here.
A hidden gem in Minnesota!
