The Community College of Allegheny County Virtual Campus is a great tool for professional learning. I have had little to no struggles learning from the online courses and thoroughly enjoyed the flexibility the virtual campus has provided me in my post-secondary education. If I had to complain, I would gripe about the great differences between each course's structure as it can sometimes get confusing trying to navigate each professor's organizational style.
CCAC is a really good school. Most of the teachers seem like they actually care and want to be there. I feel very confident and motivated being at CCAC. They offer online courses as well as regular in school classes. I personally prefer taking virtual courses because they fit my schedule a lot better. Anytime I have an issue or a concern, the employees get back to me pretty quickly.
The only thing I wish CCAC would have is an anonymous rating scale for the teachers so you know what to expect before you take the class

My experience so far has been great, every one has been super helpful and the classes are really good. Except for the financial aid department. They are so hard to get a hold of and when you do they never know what you are talking about.
