Collin College is amazing! The professors and staff truly care about your education. The professors not only want you to succeed academically, but they want to see you be successful in your personal life and will take the time to invest in your life. Collin is also economical for those who want a high quality education at a fraction of a university cost. If you are looking for people to invest into your life both inside and outside the classroom at a reasonable price, then Collin College is definitely the place for you!
Review Your College
The Spring 2016 semester was my first semester on campus at Collin College. I loved it! I took Psychology, Government, English, and History. All four of my professors knew me by name and greeted me in the hallways. They all were passionate about the subjects they were teaching and were available in person or email to answer any questions. All of my professors were active in helping students succeed if the student had the motivation to. The professors were great at encouraging discussion and debate and questions which ended up causing each of my classes to turn into almost a big happy family. I had a lot of friends in all four classes and I enjoyed how friendly and warm everyone was.
If I could do it all over again, I would change nothing about where I went. For someone who decided to go back to school at 30, choosing Collin College before transferring was the best decision. In the beginning, I was feeling a bit insecure going back to school so late in life, but all of the staff eased my mind and treats everyone as individuals. Such a great experience and excited to be able to finish my

Degree through the higher education center at Collin College. The fact that they have this program specifically shows how they care about the working world. Driving all the way to Denton from Mckinney is not realistic for those who work full time. This opportunity makes life easier and I can't wait to transfer!
