Colby Community College is located in Northwest Kansas and offers a wide variety of face-to-face, technical, and online programs of study.
We are ranked near the top of all Kansas Community colleges in retention and graduation rates and offer a variety of one and two-year degree and transfer programs. CCC operates a 60-acre farm for students to use as a hands-on laboratory and training facility. Our sports teams include basketball, wrestling, volleyball, track, cross country, softball, baseball, cheer & dance, equestrian, and livestock judging. We recently completed a brand new indoor athletic facility as well as completed full renovations on five of our living centers. CCC offers one-on-one academic advising through our Trojan Advising Center. We are also able to accommodate off-campus students globally through ColbyConnect.

AAS in Sustainable/Renewable Energy
Colby Community College's unique two-year program concentrates on solar photovoltaic (PV) and wind technology. Because this program is online, students can learn and work from anywhere with internet access. Participation in Saturday “boot camps” is recommended to gain hands-on training. Boot camps are offered every eight weeks in the fall and spring semesters.
