Being a first year freshman at Coastal has been the best experience yet. Before I attended the institution for the Fall semester, I came there for a program they have every summer for selected students called “cEAL”. It gave us a real college experience and prepared us for fall semester. Coastal is a great school when it comes to making activities and events that students will be interested in! We’ve had a lot of get togethers to where everyone on campus feels family.
As well as Coastal always make sure students are exam ready, study ready and etc. With different sources all around campus to help you prepare for just about anything! Along with free things to help you prepare!

It has been an amazing experience! I’m a junior in the marine science program which is very challenging but rewarding! The school owns their own island so you start doing field work and hands on experiences your freshman year. The clubs offer a way to meet new friends and they offer a huge variety of interests! I’m the President of the Sea Turtle Club this fall and a member of the fishing club. One recommendation that I think they can improve on is offering more hours and more tutors for chemistry and physics.
Coastal is a great college. It is always beautiful weather, and it is safe with security always around. The Professors are awesome. I Love coastal. The social life is the beach! Entertainment is close with shuttle buses around the clock. the airport is close. Food is great. lots of choices. The dorms are clean that I have seen. Its a great life here.
