I am a freshman currently studying as a freshman at Coastal Bend College. Coastal Bend College has been my safe haven. The staff and professors are absolutely outstanding! They always make sure the students are safe and if they feel something is wrong they make sure to ask the student. I haven’t had any problems with my professors they are all very understanding and super helpful. Thank you Coastal Bend College!

Great 2 year college to gain an Associates degree or complete core coursework prior to transitioning to a 4 year university. Staff is extremely helpful in getting the students the best results. Additionally, almost all coursework can be completed online and night classes are available for those that work and are furthering their education.
Coastal Bend can be a good alternative if you are looking to transfer, sacrifice your two years there and then try to move to a good university. Overall, CBC was an okay school for me. The academic is not the best, some classes are pretty useless, some professors are limited. One thing that I hated was how disorganized the school is, some employees do not know what they are doing, and can end up spoil your studies. The cafeteria food is very bad, dorms are decent.
