The base tuition of Olive-Harvey is already cheap, but they decrease the price even further for most students with generous scholarships and plenty of opportunities to earn them. It is also a diverse environment in the middle of a large city, which is a positive thing to see. The professors do a semi-decent job of helping the students earn good grades as long as they put effort into their education. There is also a surplus of security and safety protocols at this institute which provide a safe atmosphere.
Considering their is no on-campus housing, and the campus is in the middle of an industrial area, there is practically no social life outside of the school except for athletics. However, the school puts an effort into bringing students together by hosting many social events throughout the school year.
I would say the college is best-suited for individuals looking to receive the most basic post-graduate education they can receive before they enter the workforce.

My experience at Olive-Harvey was phenomenal! The assistance provided to all students was extremely helpful. Professors were always willing to go far and beyond in terms of helping students achieve their goals. The organizations held in school were important for me because it was one of so many methods to expand social network and have the experience to be part of a club to further use that experience in an university. In terms of advisers and tutors they were always happy to help and answer any questions. The school itself was always clean and students determine to always achieve an extra step to success!
I took a few courses at Olive Harvey College campus and I was very inspired by the dedication that the professors expressed while teaching their courses. I transferred to a four year university and really appreciated all the time and effort that the professors put into preparing me for the next chapter of my education. I felt confident when I transferred into the four year university because I constantly found myself thinking back to things that the professors stressed that we understand. That led me to being really thankful that the professors at Olive Harvey always made time for us to truly understand. Anyway, this is a great campus to attend because it really offers a lot more than other campuses do; pool, parking, gym and basketball court in addition to the amazing tutoring resources.
