Chowan University Reviews
For the changes, my experience, although beneficial in many ways, has also brought challenges. It can often feel toxic for anyone that disagrees with the teachers politically. In fact, often the classes make discussion difficult because only certain views are tolerated or valued. Often these experiences have impacted my willingness to participate and self-confidence negatively. The people who work there care for the students and are passionate about their jobs, but the surrounding environment needs to feel more open to different perspectives.
