I love that the classes are only 8 weeks long. Also, like that its half online and half in class. The small class rooms are great, you get to know everyone in your class and program
This has been the best experience of my life love this school I transferred in from Aspen University and I really see the difference in my education the professors really care about the students at chamberlain and provide the resources necessary to complete courses successfully if you are thinking about going to school I highly recommend chamberlain university their nclex scores tell it all and have never been introuble with the nursing board. I have been at chamberlain university for a year now and couldn't imagine being anywhere else but here I have learned so much from this school I want to thank every staff member at chamberlain for turning my nightmare I went through at Aspen and making my experience the best and completely forgetting about what happened to me at Aspen University the schedules at chamberlain are flexible to meet the needs of students who want to maintain a full-time job with days and evenings and weekend classes if you come to chamberlain you wont be disappointed
This is my first year at Chamberlain and they took most of my college credits. I like the accelerated format and cannot wait to get my degree at this school.
Would not recommend. They set you up for failure. They take your money. They don't support their students.
I'm so happy I chose Chamberlain the professors seem to really care about us students with providing us with lots of resources if we need help money well spent at Chamberlain University!
Our university instituted an online education system using WebEx. It's been a bit unfortunate because I feel like we're missing out on the hands on experience that is imperative for any healthcare major to have when we need it throughout our educational journey. The classes, as a result, are a little bit more rigorous as far as the workload demand goes. It can be especially difficult for students who prefer an in person approach to learning. Nevertheless, Chamberlain is making it as helpful as they can to prioritize education during these hard times. We do run into technical issues occassionally.
I have only had the pleasure to be on campus at Chamberlain University out in Phoenix, AZ for about 2 1/2 months due to the COVID-19 pandemic. It's a fairly small campus, but works in favor of my preference for the nursing degree that I am pursuing. The campus comes complete with a SIM lab (which allows access to an interactive preparatory experience crucial for nursing majors) and friendly tutoring center for students who may need the extra help with their courses. The best part is, this center offers tutoring by students further into the program so students get a chance to speak with them about their experiences here at school.
I think the professors are awesome and they really want the students to succeed, but also come out as a wonderful nurse. They are passionate about nursing and that is what we need as students.
Since I first contacted Chamberlain college of Nursing, they have been really helpful. They are quick to respond and will walk you through the steps. I really like the fact that the tutors that are there are actually nurses so they know exactly what its all about and what you need to know.
Chamberlain has been so good to me so far! Such caring staff and a comfortable place to start nursing school. I am looking forward to my time here on campus!
The really expect you to know all your stuff but there is a lot go self-learning and there could also be a lot of inconsistency between grading and the professors do not communicate with one another and teach the same information
Chamberlain's NCLEX passing rate is 91%. I love that they have hands on tutors as well. Chamberlain has a stare if the art lab as well. Everyone is helpful and responsive to your needs.
I like the College it has many benefits. They have a CAS center which is a tool to students in need of additional help with studies. Overall the Professors and staff are great people.
I have had a great experience with Chamberlain College of Nursing. I have been able to find great resources and assistance from staff that are able to assist me and general skills to better my nursing profession.
I love everything about this campus! The student life, sim lab, professors and students are all wonderful. I would highly recommend this school to anyone. There are cheaper ways to go around buying textbooks. Never order them new directly through the campus always order them online through third party websites like Chegg. You can search for books by the ISB numbers located on the back of the books or on your class syllabus.
They really strive to make you the best, not just as a nurse, but the best you also. It's a family when you become a part of Chamberlain. It feels right the moment you are accepted. It feels like the next best thing. The teachers are empathetic. There is so much experience to be absorbed. No one wants to see you fail.
Chamberlain is a private nursing school! Awesome professors, small class sizes, and a small cohort (graduating class). I just transferred over to Chamberlain from California and love it!
