Chamberlain is a great place for those wanting to enter the healthcare. They set you up for success and a great education.
I am excited to begin my journey toward my BSN degree at Chamberlain School of Nursing! I have applied recently and am awaiting a response.
Very well put together curriculum. The professor at very knowledgeable and helpful. I have learned so much already on my own time.
Starting my nursing school journey at Chamberlain University has been nothing but good from the professors, to the admission advisors I have received so much support from the moment I submitted an application to the moment I was accepted! my journey has just began and I love it here tremendously!
Warning! If you are not good at math, struggle learning, are not good at technology, or an older age. This school is not for you. It can be costly if you fail. They say they can help with tutors, but there is no time with all the work load. Not easy to retain. Each class per week has 9 to 10 modules. Most of the questions are difficult to answer because they aren't in the literature. If you get it wrong you are graded on a point system.
Very easy to fail. It would helpful if they give you an idea at the beginning on a step by step whats to expected before you enroll, so that the first week is not so brutal and you are aware on the time that the assignment needs to be completed. There is so much to do that it is almost impossible to get in and easy to fail on the first week that reflects om your overall grade. Very stressful. No time to work or be a mom or dad. I wasn't thinking it would be easy, but it is almost impossible to be successful at this school.

I started at this school a couple of months ago and so far I love it. We take 8 week courses and although people may think its too fast pace, I am actually able to retain and learn more than I would in a 16 week course. There are a lot of avaliable resourses if need any extra assistance. Also if you are struggling in a class, they reach out for you if in need for any help.
Chamberlain University is a very great flexible school. They work with you and your plan so that you can achieve your goals.
I like that Chamberlain university has the accept manageable HESI scores compared to other universities. The sign up process went smooth for me and it was really easy to manage. I like that the counselors kept me up to date with my paperwork that was needed in order for me to start on time and get started with the program.
Chamberlain is a great school for someone who wants to teach themselves. It’s very expensive and very hard to get ahold to anyone in the office.
It is a good school, many professors care about your success. I do feel that it lacks more resources considering the price of tuition. there is no physical bookstore or library, open lab times are quite limited as they are supervised by fellow students. Clinical locations and times are also distributed after the start of that session which can be quite an inconvenience when your job requires more notice so as to not receive occurrences or get in trouble. There are peer tutors available as well as nurse tutors that can help, there is no need to pay for external sources as a lot is provided even in regards to assistance in writing essays in APA format
Chamberlain University is very expensive. Some of the teachers are ok but the administration is very unorganized
My experience at Chamberlain University has been great so far! The application process was a breeze and I had help throughout the entire process. My professors have a lot of knowledge and you can tell they genuinely want you to succeed.
The online learning experience is what to be expected during a time when it feels forced from the professors and the school. It has impacted academics and learning because everyone has to learn a new module for teaching. Overall it has been okay.
I love the small-school environment, it is nice to be known by all my professors by name. Chamberlain University, San Antonio has provided me with focused assistance from professors and other faculty on campus.
I loved how this campus dealt with the transition to online learning. Although this course delivery system is challenging, especially for a hands-on field such as nursing, they were able to keep the students engaged and keep the program going. Clinical learning experiences have also been a challenge due to COVID-19. It was difficult to find hospitals that were willing to let nursing school students be apart of their care. However, Chamberlain was able to overcome this barrier and found hospitals that were willing to partner with them, so all students would receive a proper clinical learning experience and the hands-on education of a nursing program.
This school has done its best to adapt to the changes of the pandemic and facilitate the student's learning.

Although there were some kinks to work out in the online experience initially the professors and other faculty were able to keep the programs up and running and students engaged.
There are also online courses that are delivered online normally. These courses are well structured and allow for direct communication with the professor if any issues or questions arise. Some of the online courses are nursing classes, which are more difficult to take without a lecture every week, however, there are substantial resources to facilitate online learning throughout the course.

Their classes are very detailed and the professors are awesome!! I love the way they teach all the things we need to know in a fast paste.
I really like their 3 year nursing program offering to people with or without pre nursing requirements.
