Cerritos College is one of the best community colleges in Southern California! It is one of the few community colleges that actually care about you succeding as a student. The staff is excellent; the way the professors teach and offer support is exceptional. Professors offer office hours that are a great resource to take advantage of. Some departments offer tutoring, which is a great opportunity to receive help outside of the classroom. The campus is friendly and welcoming. It's a great college with many opportunities to transfer or further your education. There are lots of available help and resources. They offer many 2 year programs and other opportunities like Cosmetology and Automotive Careers.

Cerritos College has an abundance of opportunities, you just have to be willing to look and get involved! Take advantage of their honors program, study abroad programs, and transfer center. The honors program gives you the opportunity to build relationships with amazing students, faculty, and staff. Not to mention, you have access to numerous resources such as the honors transfer counselors, undergraduate research conferences, and challenging coursework!
I believe Cerritos College is one of the best community colleges in the area! They help you with specific programs they offer such as Cerritos Bridge Program that helps high school seniors ease their way into college, with assistance with financial aid to book grants, as well as providing free tuition for two years. I believe staff and professors are very knowledgeable and helpful, every staff at Cerritos wants you to succeed and help guide you in the right direction towards your educational goals!
