Cerritos College Reviews
Rating 3.88 out of 5 1,331 reviews
The best decision I have ever made was to attend Cerritos College for my summer courses. My teachers' and counselors' support throughout all of my classes helped me finish with excellent grades. The college environment in Cerritos is diverse and conveniently located. It is convenient for us students to grab a bite to eat before class because the campus is close to many restaurants. The level of safety is incredible, with constant security ensuring that all students are secure during class hours and during various important events. At Cerritos College, the students are approachable and make it simple to form relationships. Sports in Cerritos are exciting and enjoyable, especially football games. #GoFalcons!
Schools have the potential to improve in several ways to make learning better for students. Firstly, they can focus on personalized learning, recognizing that each student has unique strengths and learning styles. Secondly, integrating technology into the classroom can enhance engagement and access to information. Thirdly, project-based learning encourages critical thinking and collaboration. Schools should also prioritize students' emotional and mental health, providing counseling and creating a supportive environment. Involving parents and the community in the education process is crucial. Promoting cultural diversity and inclusion fosters respect and understanding. Offering professional development for teachers keeps them updated with the latest strategies. Assessment methods should go beyond standardized tests and provide constructive feedback. By addressing these areas, schools can create an engaging, inclusive, and effective learning environment for all students. Flexible Learnin
Amazing Professors, Beautiful and clean campus though not immense but it’s very calming. I learned a lot and had great professors that truly seem like they love their job. Underrated Place. I was a psych major and went to csula for affordability but Cerritos felt more like a school than csula did for me. You won’t regret them but take advantage of everything they offer!
