The professors were very helpful and supportive, even though our classes were online. It has saved me a lot of money on some classes, and the transferrable credits will help me very much when going to UNCC this fall! I'm thankful for all of my professors and my fellow classmates that I've had for the two semesters through Dual Enrollment, and I have recommended all of my friends at least try one semester of Dual Enrollment to help with their credits.
I loved taking classes a CPCC as a dual-enrolled student. Taking college level courses in addition to my high school classes has prepared me to be successful being a full time college student. The professors are very friendly and understanding. When COVID-19 hit, was when I first started taking classes. They made the online teaching enjoyable and kept everything interesting and allowed me to be successful. I was not involved on anything on campus, since being a dual enrolled student but I received emails and they make sure you are in the know about everything. If you are thinking about doing dual enrollment this is your sign. Get a few college credits out of the way so you can sleep in on a Tuesday or go out on a Friday at your 4 year!
This is a great opportunity to get get things done if you have a rather hectic life like mine. Nine times out of ten the instructions that you will receive are crystal clear and if you have any confusion at all you may simply email your teachers with any questions you may have. They will be happy to help you. I can say that most professors are very honest and nice people. If you have a problem with accessing, working on, or turning in your work then they will do their best to help you work through it.
