CBC is a great college for someone who has a parent or family member that is an alumni. On the other hand, if you are not connected with anyone who has previously gone here / goes here, I would not recommend. The student body is put together of students who have family alumni and students. If you are not planning on being an athlete or choir member, I would not recommend either. The school is comprised up of the student chorus, band, and athletes. Not to mention, a staff member told SOS during the 2021 training that this college is comprised up of "invisible people." Basically saying the people who go here would be the "nobodies" on another campus. That was super off-putting to me. There are rarely ever fun events on campus for students. Small campus and you know everybody which can feel lonely at times.
I love the atmosphere at Central Baptist College the people are very loving and accepting and want the best for you. The things that are poor involve the food, dorms, and quality of campus. The food quality is very inconsistent. Sometimes it can be amazing and other times after eating it you feel sick. This along with the dorm's leaking ac's and smallness causes me to say that this college is poor.
Central Baptist College feels like a family. The instructors, staff, and administration really care about their students and make you feel wanted here. The PACE Program offers alternative ways to take classes that allowed me to complete my degree while I still worked full-time. All in all, it's a great value and worthy investment!
