CDA Technical Institute Reviews

The staff and the line of work is not the problem. You'll get awards while in attendance that means absolutely nothing in the field while searching. If you're not familiar with everything that's expected medically, cost of living, quality of living expectations, to expirations I'd suggest not going. For the same price of this trade you can do just as excitingly meaningful work as this with a degree and a lot less the cost in other trades make the same money. Everything's fine when you're there in attendance but it's dog eat dog darwinism afterward. Three good meals a day is about all you'll get out of CDA as they can't prepare you for everything. Go into this with a mindset of getting a trade and not a career and you'll be less disappointed. Like any other thing in the country this industry will watch you put in several hundred applications but our government will be sure to force social security handouts before they force employer to change hiring procedures to hire you.
Dont go this school is not worth it!! There is a few staff that care about what you learn, but they cant really do much if they dont have the meaning , faulty equipment , the investment that you are making wont return to you . Very disorganized in every aspect
Staff is amazing and the retention rate is very high. I wish i could more into words about how everything is for the school. When i applied for the school, they helped me with financial aid, and helped me through every process so that i could start school on the date that i wanted.
Current student at CDA. I was not let down, the diverse staff are experienced in everything from offshore oil, to saturation, to inland coastal underwater welding. The courses are rigorous but if you study hard than you will succeed. they offer job placement assistance when you become a senior so your time spent learning on their state of the art equipment will not be in vein.
