Calvin University Reviews
The classes have been a bit difficult for me, I studied all day, and there was always too much homework; If you are a person who likes to enjoy your free time, get ready! You will not sleep!
I love the campus because it is surrounded by nature and has a native garden! So it's a good place if you don't like the city's noise.
It has been difficult for me to enter the community because practically everyone is white.
Regarding the food, it's just disgusting, no taste, no salt, raw at times.
Something else I've grown to appreciate at Calvin is its diverse student body. There are far more international students here than what I would've expected, from many different backgrounds, unlike the faculty.
Calvin University is not a party school. There are fun things to do over the weekends in Grand Rapids, but I've definitely come to better appreciate Grand Rapids once I turned 21.
Along with that, the courses here are structured in such a way you won't graduate within 4 years. If you miss a subject, good luck trying to graduate within 4 years because of random crap they make you take like Religion. Also, some professors are straight up rude.
