Despite numerous challenges I had with transcripts, classes, and technology errors, Fresno State's Kremen academic advising team was extremely helpful and worked dilligently to help me enroll this last semester. Now that the fall semester has begun, I enjoy all of my classes thoroughly. I have never been more confident that elementary education is what I want to do! Pouring into their students, the professors actually care about the material they are teaching. When a professor is as passionate about the subject as the students, it becomes contagious! Fresno State has successfully cultivated a community of students and professors where I know I am supported on my academic journey. A greater education does not come without its challenges, but at Fresno State, I know that I will be able to prevail with my degree and a hope for the future.
Fresno State offers a remarkable experience filled with numerous opportunities for its students. Whether you're seeking academic, extracurricular, or professional growth, Fresno State provides a variety of avenues to explore. The university's commitment to its students is evident through the supportive and friendly environment fostered by both faculty and staff.
One of the key reasons why I appreciate my experience with Fresno State is the abundance of opportunities available. The university offers a wide range of programs, clubs, and organizations that cater to diverse interests and passions. Whether you're interested in joining a sports team, participating in research projects, or engaging in community service, Fresno State has something for everyone. This variety allows students to explore different areas, discover new passions, and build a well-rounded skill set.

I transferred to Fresno State after completing my AA. I graduated in 2020, so I figured I'd save money by getting my GE done at a community college. Fresno State has been overall very welcoming, refreshing and united in terms of my professors and peers. However, the entire time I've been there, construction has obstructed the campus and parking lots. I have never see the campus fully open and will never because I graduate in spring 2024. The administration on the other hand are very shady. They've lied about construction completion dates, swept sexual harassment issues under the rug when Castro was there and treat the football program as the only entity on campus. They even recently announced the "Elevate" sports campaign which is a pseudo-marketing plan to get private donors to donate to athletics while facilities and student suffer with outdated equipment/buildings.
