California State University - Northridge Reviews
My overall opinion about CSUN is that it is very culturally diverse, which is great! What I like most about my school is the people, I have made great friends by joining and eventually leading some organizations. Additionally, we have great study places with computers available virtually anywhere. My favorite thing about CSU Northridge is that they are such a nurturing school. There are many many resources to help students succeed. There are a lot of different places where you can get free tutoring for whatever subjects you are struggling with.
What I like about California State University Northridge is it feels like a family to me. Some peers turn to real college friends that you are able to hang out with on/off-campus. The food court is great. I definitely recommend trying Freudian Sip Cafe, I especially love Wednesday's happy hour 50% off! What I also love most about CSUN is they have a duck pond which includes turtles, ducks, and squirrels, I can't forget about these squirrels, who are around the area so beware of these little critters when you have food around! There's so much green grass that you would just want to lay down and take a mini nap before your next class. I'm already in my third year and CSUN has been great to me.
Cal State University Northridge is a fantastic college! Even though I’m only halfway through my first semester I feel right at home! So many people I know have graduated from CSUN and I only found out once I started attending, I love the comradery! The campus is beautiful with tons of trees and grassy patches as well as a pond with ducks, perfect for outdoor studying. There are tons of places on campus to eat at and within walking distance to many more restaurants off campus. Even though I’ve only been there a few months the Professors are fantastic! Incredibly smart, helpful and inspiring. The culture and student life are vibrant with many local and international students. CSUN offers a vast number of clubs, activities and events for students with much of them free of cost.
