Being at Fresno State University is amazing, there is so much diversity, given I came from a small town where 95% of the population is Hispanic. It was a bit of a drastic change coming to such a large school but I've managed to cope. Especially if you surround yourself with great individuals! I would want the school to invest in expanding the Student Union due to it being quite small compared to the number of students who attend the school. Otherwise, Fresno state is a terrific school in which I am honored to attend.
Review California State University - Fresno
I'm personally on the university track team and I can say the opportunities they provide are excellent. The facilities are either brand new or being currently renovated. Fresno state offers a great variety of intramural sports too , which I would definitely be a part of if not for my prior commitment with track. Student involvement at football games is pretty high, half the city practically comes out to tailgate, it's pretty fun!
Fresno State has a great diversity on campus which is good for students and staff since we all get to interact with each other and learn about different cultures and beliefs. I also like the campus because its a large school with many different programs whose main purpose is to make the students experience better while they are attending this university. I would like to see change the way some classes are set up for certain majors, because for example in my major, there are certain nutrition classes that we can't take until we have completed the one before, which sometimes makes it a little difficult to arrange classes for a given semester, but other than that I think Fresno State is one of the best in the area.
