Cal Poly is an amazing school, there is a lot of problems with it when it comes to the size of the campus and the difficulty of the classes. However, I think overall going to CPP has been great and I have become a better person because I went here. Some professors are worse than others but I have met absolutely some of the best professors ever here and even some of them helped me get into the professional career. I think if you go to college seriously and want to really better your life this is a great school. Also the social life in Cal Poly is great too! lots of parties, and good times to be had here if you live on dorms or around the campus! I love it here and I have really grown since going to CPP. I recommend it to anyone especially in engineering or science fields.
Initially, I did not think I would attend Cal Poly Pomona. However, it is a decision I'm very glad I made. Campus culture is great, and I easily made quite a bit of friends and acquaintances throughout campus. Many professors are great at what they do and show lots of passion for their jobs. The only downside is the campus layout, it is quite a bit of walking so prepare for that! Parking is also not that great, our five story structure is usually packed by 1 pm. Quite a bit of people on campus are a bit shy, so it takes people a while to get out of their shell, which may lead to some difficulties socializing.
I embarked on a transformative journey at California State Polytechnic University - Pomona (Cal Poly Pomona) that left an indelible mark on my life. From the moment I set foot on the sprawling, picturesque campus, I knew I was in for a unique and enriching experience. Academic Excellence: Cal Poly Pomona's commitment to academic excellence was evident in every facet of my education. The dedicated faculty members, many of whom were accomplished professionals in their fields, made learning engaging and meaningful. The innovative curriculum emphasized hands-on experience, and I was fortunate to participate in cutting-edge research projects that expanded my horizons. State-of-the-Art Facilities: The university's state-of-the-art facilities were a testament to its commitment to providing students with the best resources for success. Overall, I had one of the best experiences being part of this institution.
