Brookhaven College Reviews
I'm currently a first year college student at Brookhaven and so far I love it! I love the way my professors ACTUALLY care about their student's educational needs and I can tell they love their job. My advisor is AWESOME, she's very nice and cares about one's future education; she goes beyond to try and make one feel welcomed and she's helped me with so much. The campus is pretty clean from both the outside and inside; they also have many spots where one can do homework.
The professors throughly enjoy teaching and getting to know their students! Additionally, professors are great at helping you in class or working with you even when your schedule doen't allow it! Although student life isn't as lively as you might hope it to be there are still many events throughout the school year where you can come and celebrate together as a campus! It is definitely the best community college campus that I've ever visited!
Attending brookhaven has been a breeze and that's due to the fact I have a great Counsellor who helps out with so much. I enjoy attending classes with people I have grown to love in such a short period of time. I love how close the buildings are to one another, you don't have to make such a far track across campus. The only thing I dislike is the fact that we have little to no social events, and when we do students attend briefly. I wish that students would stay and socialize with one another, but most of the time the students attending Brookhaven have other priorities to attend to.
