From Belhaven University

Belhaven University stands among select Christian colleges and universities with national influence and has been repeatedly named one of “America’s 100 Best College Buys.” The University offers over 70 areas of study including academic majors and concentrations across a full spectrum of disciplines.

Located in the capitol city of Jackson, Mississippi, Belhaven has achieved the distinction of being among only 36 universities nationally accredited in each of the major arts—music, theater, visual art and dance. The science curriculum is one of only two Christian universities recognized by the White House STEM Initiative. The University’s 15 athletic teams compete in the NCAA Division III.

All programs are taught from a Christian worldview perspective and are guided by the mission to prepare students academically and spiritually to serve Christ Jesus in their careers, in human relationships and in the world of ideas.
