Not that great ended up going to purdue university and getting my aeronautical engineering degree for the same amount of money I would have paid for aim now in 2021 I work for Boeing out of Renton Washington! Stay away from aim full of liers and thieves ledeth is a liar. And also they’re instructors suck never helped me once in my block 1 and when I did ask only helped me when he wanted to all this school cares about is how much money they can get out of you and once that drys up your sol and out on the curb this is one of the worst aviation schools in the nation.... thank god I left
I haven't started yet but was told with covid pandemic that there may be some online classes. I look forward to seeing how it works out.
I haven't started yet. But have made a few trips to the school so far. The staff seems great. They work with everyone so far.
I had an instructor was talking about leaving this school for another job in front of the whole class. He said he just wanted to keep his options open. I think that was very unprofessional of him. Made me feel like I made a wrong decision on coming to this school.
The Administration is very helpful and go out of there way to help what the students needs for the school. The instructor are very knowledgeable but lack on teaching. Some of them are very unprofessional. They talk down to students like they were kids and over use there power in the classroom. I've had two instructors already who've used YouTube as a teaching source. They expect you to read a Aviation book on our off time (while we have to balance school/work/family life) where its hard to understand what they are saying in the book. Every time we ask for help the instructor says its in the book. Just to come down to it. The instructors are the real problem of this school. Lazy and just don't want to do the work.
The Aviation institute of maintenance Las Vegas branch needs to also update their equipment that the students need to work on. The Models we work on are pretty embarrassing.
If I knew what I was getting myself into. I would of never join the school.
