Love this school! The professors are great and the class sizes are small. If you want to go to a school where you aren't just a number, go to Averett. They have so many resources for students and everyone wants you to succeed.
Averett University makes you feel at home when you’re there. They host lots of events for you to attend, so that you stay involved with your fellow peers and community. The people are all pretty friendly too, so you should have no problem creating life long friends there. The professors help you out whenever you need and they offer tutoring in different subjects for those who do need it, so you don’t ever feel left behind. Averett wasn’t my first choice for college, but I wanted to stay close to home and I have never regretted my decision.
Everyone makes you feel like family as soon as you step foot on campus! I was very hesitate for my first campus visit but after a few minutes, It felt like I belong there. I have a purpose on that campus.
