Hands down Acc has been one of the best decision I have chosen as far as higher education goes. The proffesionalism from the administration and Staff has been beyond amazing. Don't let me get started about the Professors at this institution, my personal experience so far has been extravagant. The professors here really seem to care about their students, and want them to fully comprehend the curricula and for the most part are willing to help their students. It makes sense since it's a small institution, but it is still highly appreciated at least on my part. As far as the diversity goes, it's great. You get to meet people from all walks of life and from other countries as well. I find that to be pretty cool. If you're looking for a small and worthy community college system look no further Acc is here!
Review Austin Community College District
Love, love, love Austin Community College. I'm completing my Associates in Business Administration this Fall 2017. I couldn't be happier when I decided to join this Campus back in 2014. Student life activities has motivated me to open myself with college students and help out in the community with school projects. The professionalism of this College and professors is beyond amazing exactly what I needed to become encouraged into accomplishing my goals. I am highly satisfied and proud to be a Riverbats!
The professors here on the campus are so easy going and each of them took their time to actually sit down with their students and help them with their academics. I love the student diversity here on campus because I get to meet so many different people from around the world! I enjoy how out going the students are and how convenient the tutors are everyday. The atmosphere is super interesting because it's so different from high school for sure. The campus police is quick to keeping staff and students safe whenever there is danger. I love the fact that ACC created a crime safety alert system that goes through everybody's phone to alert danger situations. There aren't as many athletic teams here but every semester a few sporting clubs emerge! The professors are great, so friendly and welcoming, the food here is delicious and healthy, and some of the campuses are just beautiful! I would suggest visiting the Austin Community College at Highland Mall campus, its so beautiful.
