Assumption University Reviews
Pros: High-quality academics. The low student-instructor ratio makes it helpful to engage with the content and seek help if you need it. Professors are knowledgeable and caring, and tutors are helpful with difficult concepts. Courses are generally easy to register for with advisor's approval. Small campus is easy to navigate, and there are excellent options for food and recreation between classes. Many areas to study or hang out in. Fun trips.
Cons: Between expenses and extracurriculars, Assumption is not very commuter-friendly. Activities are late in the evening. Students can be very cliquey and drama travels fast in social groups. Some professors will hammer you with how sacred a liberal arts education is instead of teaching course content and may limit technology in the classroom unless there's a special reason.
