Based to my personal experience, ASU Midsouth offers students a safe environment and a variety of options to take part in extracurricular activities. In addition, there are a ton of resources available to students, like free tutoring, Chromebooks for rent, and even free food at events and celebrations! There are undoubtedly a lot more things, but these are the ones that come to mind right away. I appreciate how the school offers each student a chance to succeed and how accommodating they are to everyone. The only thing I would change is that I would like every student to be aware of every opportunity that arises, simply because I have noticed that not every student is even aware of the resources available to them on campus to help them during their time at Mid-South.
As a concurrent student at this university, I have tremendously increased my knowledge. Professors are excellent in instructing rigorous lessons. I enjoy attending this college.
I like that Mid-South offers a fair opportunity for all potential college students whether it’s to transfer to a 4-year university or learn a technical trade. Also it is a good option for people who aren’t sure if they want to go to college. They also do small things to show appreciation for students on campus.
I love going to Mid-South! The teach and staff go out of their way to help me and other students achieve their goals. I know it is a small school, but something look small but big at the heart of it.
Great Aviation program . Professors care about the school and the students. It is easy to communicate with the administrative staff also. Ms McDaniel Is the financial aid office was so helpful to my mother during this process. We paid out of pocket for my education and it was well worth it.
Online School is horrible. I constantly asked one of my professors where a chapter was for one of my assignments. She soon stopped emailing me back and put my grade as a zero before the due date.
Overall the experience is all right. Some of the professors are decent I guess. But if I am being honest, I haven't really learned much during my time at ASU-Midsouth.
I will recommend all my friends and family to start their college experience at ASU midsouth. It was a affordable and great start.
Online was easy and accessible. I had no issues with contacting instructors. Time management was a big deal for me and taking the One course I needed was available.
Good college to start earning your degree. It has good value and good professors, and its both a good place to earn an associates or to get started on a four year.
Horrible, hostile work environment. Really gone downhill in recent years. Student population declining. Sad, had a lot of potential. Was a beacon of light in this very depressed region of the country. Huge company's tried partnerships but college vision/administration not professional enough advance with them.
Mid south community college is a wonderful place to attend. It more like a high school because the teachers are more one on one with the students. The professor and staff really focus on building a relationship with everyone.
what I liked about Mid-South community college is the people that work there. They were a very pleasant help to each and every new student that goes there. It is never a dull moment while I spend time getting the materials I need to be successful in life. Also they take out the time of there day to reach out to new students and get them involved in the events that are on campus. This is an awesome college.
My experience with Mid-South Community College was average. I was glad to have small classes and strong relationships with my teachers, but that is a given with a community college. There isn't very much involvement as far as clubs go. I think there should also be more academic opportunities.
I really enjoy being a part of the Mid-South College Community. My experience has been great. I had a good relationship with my instructors. If I had any trouble with assignments, they were always willing to help. My advisors were very helpful in my enrollment process and the campus is simply beautiful.
I have really enjoyed my time at Mid South Community College. I like the fact that it is a small, local college and I don’t get lost in the shuffle of things. It is close to where I live giving my easy access to the facility. The staff and instructors have always assisted me with anything I have needed to accomplish my goals. I think it is a great college.
This college has given me a lot of opportunities to excel in my educational level. The administrators go above and beyond to help you figure out which path you want to go in. I love this college.
