I would say Arizona State University is a pretty good institution. There are opportunities everywhere for your career and to further your person. This university creates a beautiful community full of bright and caring people willing to help you succeed. ASU cares about their students especially first years and they have programs specifically put in place to integrate you into college life and help you transition into independence. The professors are stellar, of course, there are duds but the majority are chill and want you to go out into the workforce with your best. The campuses are pretty, and the dining halls are themed! It is Arizona however, so it is blindingly hot and the sewers boil and stink. I have enjoyed my time here so much! I made forever friends and received an internship and a longterm job in my first year!

At this point, I have taken 4 online courses at ASU and plan to take more in the near future. From taking these classes, I have come to realize ASU is extremely efficient in the organization and consistency of their online programs. With stellar professors, rigorous academics, and high expectations, Arizona State University provides a thorough online experience that allows for students to learn and grow while connecting with fellow classmates through use of various online avenues embedded within the programs. I was reluctant to take courses online but now that I have, I have come to recognize it's value in getting ahead in your major and balancing the sometimes overwhelming work loads of a normal, in person schedule. I am excited for what's to come in my future online courses at ASU!
I have a BA in Urban Planning and a Masters in Public Administration from ASU. As an older student, I found everything I had hoped for at ASU. I did notice that fellow students in the Masters program were more serious about their studies than in the Undergrad program. The student advisors I had were top notch and assisted me with procuring internships and academic scholarships. Professors are accessible and helpful for the serious student. This site lists ASU as having 37,000 students, I believe it has over 70,000 students. There are 4 campuses in different parts of the Phoenix Metro area.
There is something for everyone at ASU. Good luck and Go Sun Devils!
