Overall, in regards to the program that I am in, I think the school is great! The teachers are extremely genuine and caring of their students and the progress the students make throughout their journey in the program. As a school as a whole, I feel like there are some things that the administration can polish up on.
Review Argosy University - Chicago
I tend to believe that these online courses are much more aggressive than on campus classrooms. The workload is probably the same but online education allows less time complete which is fine with me. I'm ready to complete these studies so I can apply my newly acquired skills to work. I see a great and immediate need for psychology professionals. The registration process is what really enthused me to attend this college. The admissions associate was so personable and easy to share just enough personal information to make me comfortable in choosing the school. Peer to peer interaction was not as it would be in a campus relationship but there was enough to realize you had classmates who are sharing the envisions and compassion with you. Professors where very available during many hours and by several means; phone email, skype primarily.
I've been an online student. I think the quality of the classes keep me yearning for more. The professors definitely have the knowledge and expertise to direct to where I need to be throughout my experience. They don't mind correcting you when you are off path and give a slight hint that they expect you to comprehend. That has worked for me. These instructors expect the best out of you and know how to make you put on your thinking cap. Being an on-line student, student interaction is encouraged through our classroom discussions. This is how one can determine who in the classroom are more apt to add more to your understanding. This type of connection is more complimentary than I had originally expected. With the discussions, one can always expand on ideas as you are doing your individual lessons. The classes sizes range from about 15 people for the most part.
