I thoroughly enjoyed attending American River College Online because the Professors, Teaching Assistants, and College Counselors were highly responsive and helpful. Scheduling appointments was super easy, and there is a large variety of classes to choose from. A big plus was that it wasn't as impacted as Sierra College and it was way easier to get into classes. I think I was much more successful at American River College than I could have been anywhere else. It is affordable and the curriculum is strong and supportive of academic success and preparedness for transfer!

I've enjoyed all of my classes thus far. The professors are very responsive, and willing to help you in any way that they can, especially considering the online courses. The work load isn't too bad as long as you stay on top of it, and don't procrastinate to the last minute to work on assignments. Sometimes working with counselors, or trying to talk to anyone working in the offices (financial aid, admissions, etc) can be difficult, but that's really the worst of it. Overall, a pretty good experience.

The college is one of the best in California , it has the best mode of online classes which help student attain their educational needs
