APUS has been a wonderful re-introduction to academia for me! Having been out of school for a few years and with big goals to continue on to a brick-and-mortar institution, my school has been extremely effective in propelling me forward. Many of the professors are outstanding and engaging, and the vast online library and offering of free textbooks are testaments to how much they truly want to aid students. I couldn't have asked for a better online campus to help me learn, grow, connect, and really mold my future in a way that is above and beyond what I previously would have thought possible. Not only have I received a solid general education, but the classes offered in my concentration have been exceptional. Additionally, I've found other students through honors and academic clubs that are as passionate as I am about my subjects of interest and it has been a joy to work with my peers. I feel thoroughly prepared to continue on outside of APUS and later in grad school.

I honestly don't have anything that I would change about this university as of yet! I really enjoy the online campus. I couldn't ask for better Staff, Professors and classmates. This school really creates a diversity for not only military but the local area and people all over. The customer service helpdesk is by far the best staff I have work with! What makes students intimidated and prolong advancing their education is how the school system is set up meaning how the website is designed. That can leave the student feeling frustrated and defeated. The APU online campus is very user friendly and it gives me the courage to venture out more and to learn/try new things.
APUS and AMU are perfect for those that want to further or begin their education while fulfilling obligations of work, parenthood, etc. Completely online, APUS/AMU offer almost every degree you would find at an in person college for both undergraduate and graduate programs. Military members, veterans, and their dependents have a tuition cap making it easily affordable compared to other 4 year institutions. The application process is made easy with continuous communication from the first click to graduation from all departments who are invested in your success. I have always been so impressed by the helpfulness of all departments with any and all questions I may have along the way. It's convinent, affordable, and even though it's online they make it feel personal and inclusive!
