You have such a great experience. There are tutors that are free. There are Instructors they all help you and you have access to phone number, email and messaging to get help or ask questions. There is the library online and so much more and they will all help you get through your college experience easier and happier.
I was informed about this college from a close friend of mine. We both were in the military at the time talking about our progress with attaining our degrees as well as work life balance. My friend mentioned this school [AIU] was able to help him feel at ease with executing the diligence tasks of a soldier as well as complete school work on his time. I transitioned from my community college to AIU because I was pleased with how my friend was able to still go to school at ease on top of maintaining a stressful job. I enjoyed my classes and the schedule was very different from a traditional college. My degree was in business administration and a lot of assignments had us analyze and integrate what we learned from our own personal lives and share with my peers. I was able to learn more about my peers as well and all behind a computer screen to my convenience.
At AIU, I have gained the tools necessary to have a successful career in management. Although I have not completed my degree program, I have been equipped with necessary skills for my personal and professional life. I am excited to see what other skills and resources AIU have to offer. Also, the staff are very personable and available to assist.
This is a great university to get your education! They don’t mind questions and are very accommodating with individual students. I would have gotten my doctorate there if they had it at the time but I did get my business associates, bachelor ( two different degrees) and master’s degrees there. I would not change a thing and highly recommend them!
My experience at American InterContinental was and is great. They have a flexible schedules ,online tutoring, and very compassionate admission advisors and professors. Whenever I'm in doubt or have a question, they are always there for me. I would recommend American InterContinental to anyone including family and close friends.
When I needed help they were there for me and allowing me to return after I a break down is even more awesome and I am able to work at my own pace and when I need help they do what they can to help me.
I really enjoyed my time with the university. They understood that I was a young mother adjusting to the new reality of juggling work and home. My professor offered office hours to review or for questions. I also felt confident in discussions with other classmates because we had opportunities to form chat groups to study. The university was great about sending updates and things happening on campus.
From the beginning of my enrollment, I had personal And professional relationships with All my instructors student adviser even the director of the college. Based on my g p a Early on the director emailed me perfectly to suggest That I re-enrole To start classes the day after my graduation. With my bachelor's degree in healthcare management to start working. My master's degree also in healthcare management. There is absolutely nothing negative that I would have to say about this College to any person that is looking to attend college online.
I agreed to start this school just on an impulse they called me one day and I did it. I didn't like the fact that they rushed me through everything because courses started that week. I still have not received a stipend on pell grant or any of my student loans. No communication with my advisor since i signed all my financial information. Now my grades are falling and I have no help with things I need for school.
AIU has been a good experience for me thus far. They do not offer the exact major that I'm seeking and will have to transfer at some point but they got me enrolled and in classes in very short time. The instructors reach out and are available and supportive. The five week classes or sessions are manageable but I have had to make adjustments, learn time Management, and prioritizing but thankfully the first session or first classes you will take there focus on these much needed skills. As long as my credits transfer to my next school at the end of my first year I am happy with no regrets
I love how the classes are set up into units and it gives you an opportunity to retake test over multiple times to advance your scores. I also gives you lectures and live chats to where you can communicate with your teacher and fellow students the discussion boards are also ways that we interact with each other as well. The advisors are Hands-On and they go above and beyond to help all of the students who they service
It was a learning between that I can't explain. After being blind, going through a diabetic coma, and being in the accident you're a doctor said that I might not be able to walk again it gave me the strength and patience too try to start my life over. They have a great support team American InterContinental University. Every corner or milestone that I hit in my life they were there too be able to assist in the best manner possible and they help me through obstacles with you. I won't say that I didn't pick up a couple scrapes though.
Best college hands down the intellapath is specifically designed for the specific student helps so much with being able to go over lessons and learn more
The instructors and staff are very caring and they want to see you succeed. The thing I would like to change would be that if your late on a assignment you should still be able to turn it in.
I would like to see changes if they could add virtual sign language interpreters for deaf and hoh people for tutor requests, update the library, print out ebook and send to every students it save times, teacher need to changes immediately when they question caption, and virtual online student meeting online together so we can coordinate and collaboration help student get our homework done, and helping each other without robot
I loved being able to complete my courses online at my own pace. I think there should be a feature that sends push notifications when you have new assignments and 2-3 reminders about the assignments throughout the week for busy parents like myself.
Teacher are amazing just returned for my masters. I first graduated in 2021 with my bachelors degree , 2023 i have returned for my masters.
