AMDA College of the Performing Arts - Los Angeles Reviews
Hello, My name is Melissa Leon. I'm 41 years old, originally from New Orleans La and I've been living in Houston TX for 17 years now. I've been acting since 2004. I started acting in plays at the church I attended. Where I fell in love with Fine Arts. The first play I performed in wasn't even a lead role and I received so much love and positive reviews . Thats when I knew I found my calling because then at the age of 23 I wasn't sure what I wanted to do... I wanted to be a singer but I just wasn't SURE of myself to become anything.. even going to college. I have a loving family ... a very loving family and we're so close.. but there were times where my family never understood me. I was always the one in my family that had big dreams . I always thought outside the box... I am an optimistic and wanted to turn something negative into something hopeful and promising.
