Alpena Community College Reviews
Rating 3.78 out of 5 129 reviews
Professors know their field and are determined to help students through classes. I took classes while in high school and the college allowed me to still pursue extracurriculars while taking classes. Overall a great university to take remote or virtual classes. I do not know what the scene in like on the campus, but if you are looking to return to college or learn from home this is a great option.
For context: I am an Early College student. Overall, at ACC I have built foundations for my next steps at a 4 year. I've gotten ahold of calc, CAD, and some humanities in my time. All my in person professors have been splendid. However, it was sometimes difficult to meet my online professors expectations. The college seems eager to receive feedback.
Alpena Community College's teachers prepare you for university classes by challenging you, encouraging you, and teaching you at a university level. The small class sizes are conducive to a learning environment and the teachers are always will to help if you have questions. Plus the cost of attending ACC is extremely managable.
