My biggest obstacle was when I transferred here my sophomore year from the University of Wisconsin-Madison to put myself in the most abundant sports network in the country.
Something I love about Brandeis is the friendly and welcoming atmosphere that campus has. Students here are kind, inclusive, and always ensure people feel welcomed!
The environment at Colby is quite different from the environment in my hometown, but I am getting used to it.
I chose NYU for a few reasons: the diversity, the intricate curriculum, and of course—the city!
When I began undergrad, I wasn’t 100% sure what I wanted to pursue. If you are going through the same thing THAT IS OKAY.
It’s a great school if you’re into any sort of outdoor activities like me. I spend most of my days slacklining by the athletics center outside of my old dorm!
It was where my mom went to college and I loved hearing all of her stories from her time there.
However, I’ve felt supported by the community that I do have, and many students are extremely focused on advocating for social justice in our local communities and school.
At Mason, I am involved through working for my amazing Housing and Residents Life, being a D1 athlete on the women’s rowing team, and I am also the Student Body President!
