I Found My Niche at Yale University
Student Name: Lisa Younes
School: Yale University
Major: Environmental Studies and Political Science
“Hi everyone! My name is Lisa and I am a sophomore at Yale double majoring in Environmental Studies and Political Science! I am super interested in the intersectionality that exists between these fields and am very passionate about environmental justice. My time at Yale has been nothing short of amazing and I can’t wait to be back on campus in the spring! (sadly was sent home due to COVID but Yale is handling it very well!) I was on the Yale cheer team and am involved in my residential college‘s Sustainability Committee, the Title IX Undergraduate Advisory Board, and hopefully many new things this year! Yale is full of so many awesome and welcoming individuals and I guarantee that you will instantly feel at home the minute you step on campus. I love that Yale has a more open curriculum and lets you study the things you are actually interested in and will connect you with so many important people to help you reach your goals! Go Bulldogs!💙🐶”—@lisa.younes
