I Found My Niche at Pasadena City College
Student Name: Jenny
School: Pasadena City College
“Hello everyone! My name is Jenny and I’m a third-semester nursing student at Pasadena City College. Fun fact: when I first thought about applying to nursing schools, I didn’t know there were ADN (associate degree) programs that could be done at community colleges! I’m so glad I looked into it because my experience in my nursing program has been one of the best I’ve ever had. It’s so refreshing to have professors who care about my success and have classmates that are so supportive and understanding. 😭 💕
My dream has always been to help and serve others and I’m so glad that I’m able to do all of that and even more as a future nurse. I’m excited to enter a profession that is versatile and impactful in the world! Two years ago, I was a shy and timid nursing student and today I’m a more confident, compassionate, and better version of myself. Nursing is a career that I see myself doing for the rest of my life! I hope you all pursue something that you love! 🌸✨” –@jennythebobanurse
