I Found My Niche at Central Connecticut State University
Student Name: Haneen
Major: Political Science, Journalism
“Hello everyone! My name is Haneen and I’m currently a sophomore undergrad at Central Connecticut State University. I’m double majoring in Political Science and Journalism. The reason I chose to continue pursing my education at Central is because it’s known for its diversity💙🤍
It’s wonderful to be in an atmosphere where I see others just like me. I’m the president of the Muslim Student Association (MSA) as well as the vice president of C.H.A.N.G.E. Club at my university. In addition, I’m public relations of Political Science Club and a peer advisor at the Arts and Sciences Advising Place.
I love to involve myself on campus so that others can see that they’re capable of everything they set out to do. I wish everyone the best this semester and I urge you to get involved on your campus, the connections you make in college will last you a lifetime 🙂 Also this is your reminder that it’s okay to ask for help, reach out for support whenever you need it <3″ – @haneen.alkabasi
