For most of these rankings, you can filter by state or metro to go beyond the Top 100 in America.
Can’t find your school? Try this:
It’s easiest to go directly to your school’s profile. You can do this in the top right of any school page – (search box on desktop, magnifying glass icon on mobile). Type in the school name to go to your school’s profile. On the profile page, scroll down the page and you’ll see a link that says “See all [school name] rankings”. That link will take you to a listing of all of your school’s rankings. You can also add /rankings/ to the end of your school’s profile URL to go their directly (for example, https://www.niche.com/k12/phillips-academy-andover-ma/rankings/).
Still can’t find your school?
If you still can’t find your school in our K-12 rankings, there are 3 possible explanations:
1. You may have selected a list that your school is not in. Go to your school’s rankings page (for example https://www.niche.com/k12/harvard-westlake-school-los-angeles-ca/rankings/) and see all the rankings your school is included in.
2. You may have selected a location that your school is not in. If your school is not in the Top 100 in America for a particular list, you’ll need to filter by state or metro, which you can do at the top of any list.
3. Your school may not have had enough data to be ranked. In order to be ranked, schools needed to have the required statistical factors, which is dependent on the school accurately reporting to the Department of Education’s NCES database. If you go to your school’s rankings page (for example https://www.niche.com/k12/stuyvesant-high-school-new-york-ny/rankings/) and you don’t see the ranking listed, then your school was not eligible for the ranking.
